hi
i have installed oracle forms in window2000 with oracle9i,but my problem is i am unable to connect to database its showing error.the error is like that tns name could not resolve.if any body know this problem please clarify my doubt.

You have installed two Oracle products in two separate 'homes'. The two 'homes' must have the same 'tnsnames.ora' contents.

Search this forum for 'tnsnames.ora' and 'ifile'.

You have two choices: maintain the same entries in both files or 'point' one file to the other ('ifile').
