Hi,
Is there any way to apply SET cammands like SET PAGES,set head etc in a trigger (eg.when buuton pressed)?

set pagesize is a sqlplus command.
when-button-pressed is a forms trigger.
So, this does not make sense. What do you try to achieve?

SET PAGESIZE and SET HEADING are Purely SQL * PLUS Commands..

Triggers is PL/SQL construct. It is nothing to do with these commands.

What i need is to spool the data in a table into a file when the user press the button.

If they are running 9i/10g and want to spool to their PC then they need to run 'client_text_io' from 'webutil'.
