error when runnig a form in developer 10g !! [message #177858]

Am using oracle 10g and developer 10g when i run a form the following error is displayed at the browser :
java.lang.classNotfoundException: oracle.froms.engine.main
could u tell the reason of this error plz..

What if you do the following: go to the Control Panel - JInitiator administration console and uncheck "Use browser settings" checkbox?

it works by uncheck "Use browser settings" checkbox of jinitiator at control panel ..
